Mystery Shopping

Now in our fourth year of the program we’ve worked with HPBA to revamp the Mystery Shopping audit and make some much needed improvements to the process. This year all participants will receive their reports by mail in addition to online reports which has increased the cost. HPBAC has opted to absorb the cost this year. Although the contract has been signed – check to see if we can still add your store to the program.

Insurance Program

The HPBAC Insurance Program has been a great success. A number of members have taken advantage of the program. If your policy is coming due we encourage you to call Tim Withey at Canada Brokerlink at 1-800-263-6976 for a quote. Our members have found the program to have the most comprehensive coverage available at very competitive prices. On average our members are saving 20% per year – a savings that more than covers your cost of membership, and that is before looking at the savings through our affinity programs with PetroCanada SuperPass, Choice Hotels, NEBS and Global Payments.

Update on Financing Program

We’ve finalized our partnership with Citi Financial for the HPBAC Financing Program. Over the next couple of months Citi Financial will be contacting a number of dealers to conduct a pilot program.
